Quarks’ design concept for the project focuses on creating comfortable living spaces with dynamism brought by the creative use of different textures and materials.

The three-storey villas provide exclusive indoor and outdoor areas for residents. Each unit includes a living room, a dining area, four bedrooms, exclusive master bedrooms equipped with a steam room, and a family room with an open kitchen on the roof floor. The rooms are furnished with world-renowned, high-quality furniture such as Minotti, Poliform & RH Furnitures. The living rooms are handsomely decorated with commodious, light-coloured seating groups and coffee tables accompanied by a fireplace. Chic pendants in the living room and the dining area add a contemporary edge to the spaces. In addition to its inviting interiors, each unit offers a swimming pool.

The interiors are marked by abstract wallpapers, which bring a vibrant aesthetic to the atmosphere. The neutral-coloured furniture is complemented by dark walnut veneer parquet, and Villeroy Boch wall claddings. While the entrance is dominated by slatted wall panels, the living rooms and the bedrooms feature a mix of dark, light and wood veneer panels. The mirror walls alternated by wood panels provide a more capacious look in the rooms. The bathrooms and the kitchens feature Grohe armatures, Decovita Armany Ivory Ceramics, porcelain stones and decorative ceramic walls. Illuminated mirrors in the bathrooms add more luminosity to the areas. The interiors are illuminated by contemporary pieces from outstanding designers such as Lindsey Adelman, and Sonneman & Flos lighting, which were carefully selected by Quark.

The exterior of the villas are composed of the combination of different materials. The facades feature elements such as Aosta green marble, decorative ceramics, and Wood veneer Alucobond, which provides energy-efficient cladding. The wooden decks in the backyard and Aosta green marble floors near the swimming pool provide refreshing areas in harmony with nature. The project is an example of upscale villas in an urban setting with luxurious and contemporary decor reflecting Quark’s unique sense of style in interior and exterior design.
