If you do not accept Analytics, Google receives only cookie-free signals that do not identify your device; it uses them to estimate visitor numbers. We do not sell personal data and do not make automated decisions about you.

YouTube, Kuula and Google Maps may set their own cookies on their domains when you play a video, open a tour or use the map; Meta may also use its own cookies on facebook.com and instagram.com. Their policies apply to those cookies.
4. Who receives your data
Our website and e-mail run on services based outside Türkiye, so the data in section 2 is transferred abroad to these providers.

We transfer data abroad under KVKK Art. 9 and, for visitors from the EU/EEA, under GDPR Chapter V, using the safeguards these providers offer (for example standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework). We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.
5. Your rights
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you and have it corrected or deleted; we answer within 30 days, free of charge.
Under KVKK Art. 11 you may:
- learn whether we process your personal data and request information about it;
- learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used for that purpose;
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred;
- ask for incomplete or wrong data to be corrected, and for data to be deleted or destroyed under KVKK Art. 7;
- ask that third parties who received the data are told about such corrections or deletions;
- object to a result against you that comes only from automated analysis;
- claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
If you are in the EU/EEA, the GDPR also gives you the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and you can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.
