Designing for guests and the teams who host them

A hotel is judged in its first minutes — the arrival, the lobby, the way to the room — and again each time a guest comes back to it. Our designs start from that sequence, and from the service routes that let the staff look after it without being in the way.

We design the architecture and the interiors together, so that rooms, restaurants, spas and public spaces follow one idea, and the finishes, lighting and furniture are chosen for daily use as much as for the first impression. The climate, the materials and the setting of each site shape the result: a resort on the Aegean coast and a city hotel in Central Asia call for different answers.

Our hospitality work

In Bodrum we designed LUX* Resort & Residences, an 82,000 m² resort with 94 rooms completed in 2018 and now run as Le Méridien Bodrum, and the boutique hotels Sense Youth and Windmill. In Tashkent we designed the 10,160 m² Intercity Hotel with 122 rooms, and in Istanbul the Narlı Building of Mula Hotel.

We stay with each project from the first sketch to the opening day, working with the operator’s brand and technical teams and the engineering consultants at every stage.
