Residential Architecture

Designing homes around the way people live

A home is designed for one family, or for many who will each make it their own. Either way it starts from the site — the light, the views, the slope and the climate — and from how its rooms will be used from morning to night.

We design the architecture and the interiors together, so that plans, materials and details carry one idea from the façade to the furniture. For residential developments we also think about the whole: shared gardens and pools, privacy between neighbours, and homes that stay easy to live in and to look after.

Our residential work

In and around Bodrum we designed the 72 villas of Milas Daphne Residences, Kıyıkışlacık Iasos Villas and Pera Gümüşlük Residences, among many private villas. In Istanbul we designed Mirador Park Residence and Mirador Marina Residences, in Mersin the five towers of More City Residences, and in Şanlıurfa Baneva Concept Villas. Abroad, our homes stand in Dubai, Burgas, Sofia, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yerevan, Riyadh and Muscat, and on the cliffs of Sardinia.

We stay with each project from the first sketch to the handover of the keys, working with the client, the developer and the engineering consultants at every stage.
