The design programme unfolds through a deliberate organization of its internal functions, carefully considering the flow of users and the specific needs of each zone. This strategic distribution of programs across the building’s four levels is not just about compartmentalization; rather, it’s a considered hierarchy of spaces designed to enhance operational efficiency while subtly influencing the user’s journey and perception of the environment.

The subterranean levels are strategically utilized to support the primary functions above. The B2 basement houses dedicated conference halls, providing essential spaces for meetings and collaborative activities, while the B1 level serves as a crucial logistical backbone, accommodating storage for the ground-floor pharmacy operations.
