This high-end residential development on the outskirts of Saint Petersburg is amongst Quark’s most ambitious undertakings to date: our goal for this project prioritizes maintaining the pastoral appeal of the area’s pristine forest ecology while setting a high standard for sustainable and elegant design in what is quickly becoming one of St. Petersburg’s most sought-after suburbs.

With a variety of fully-furnished unit layouts ranging from one to four bedrooms, this development’s fully-furnished, spacious and light-filled apartments provide the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and chique within a neighborhood defined by the natural beauty of old-growth trees and open meadows. To this end, the structure of our design is defined by clean modern lines, modular balconies and reflective finishes on a detailed façade that mirrors the forested natural surroundings onto the building’s exterior, creating subtle continuity with the development’s local environment.

The custom-designed modernist furnishings of these exquisitely designed units would stand out anywhere, but these statement pieces are especially accented against the carefully chosen background of brilliant bright walls, simple layouts, and minimalist fixtures. Taking seriously the concept of the hearth as the center of every home, Quark both designed and equipped for frequent use without disruption to other members of the household, with amenities such as wall-mounted tables for flexible use of space and high-quality hoods for ventilation during the cooking process. Also, to create a more intimate living room also suitable for families, we focused to create a warm environment by covering this open plan area with two base colors as an expletive element of furniture.

Expansive private balconies providing impressive views of Russia’s dramatic seasons year-round can also be transformed into secondary dining areas during the warmer weather when residents and their guests can also enjoy the development’s mosaic-tiled pool within the privacy of a walled garden.
