Designing for the whole evening
In a restaurant the interior is part of what is served. Light, sound, the distance between tables and the way a room changes from lunch to late evening shape the experience as much as the menu.
We plan the dining areas together with the kitchen, the bar and the service routes, so that the room works on a busy night as well as it looks on the first one. Materials, furniture and lighting are chosen for the brand’s character and for years of daily use and cleaning.
Our restaurant work
Our restaurants, cafés and lounges are in Bodrum — Teldolap, Moya, Beach Rouge and Stella* — in Dubai (Yalseh Lounge and Awani Meadows), in Jeddah (Awani U-Walk), in Tashkent (the ADD Restaurant of the Intercity Hotel and Lorem Ipsum Cafe) and in Baghdad, where we designed the Seafood Restaurant, the Steak House, the Shisha Lounge and a Traditional Turkish Restaurant.
We stay with each project from the first sketch to the opening night, working with the operator’s chefs and teams and the engineering consultants at every stage.
