Quark Studio Architects was chosen by Iasos Exclusive for the architectural and interior design of the Iasos Dreams Villas. Located in Bodrum, one of the top summer destinations in Turkey, the project consists of eight single-storey, comfortable, modern villas situated on a total of 7.450 sqm area. The villas have been designed to make the best of the magical panoramic view of the Aegean Sea.

Iasos Dreams Villas offer the ideal facilities to enjoy the summer such as private infinity pools, wooden sunbathing platforms with sunbeds. Each villa has been designed with a refined material palette and consists of a living room and a dining room with breathtaking views, a kitchen area, a master bedroom and a guest bedroom with ensuite bathrooms.

The living room features a light-colored, comfortable seating group viewing the sea, and a stylish, black, marble coffee table. The modern fireplace serves to create a cozy living space where residents can enjoy their time together. The simple but stylish kitchen area behind the living room includes an island with bar stools, a sink, and a lighted cabinet for drinks.

The dining room, which shares the same panoramic view with the living room, features a white marble dining table and comfortable chairs with a soft texture. The area is illuminated by pendant lights which provide ambient lighting over the table and bring an elegant look to the dining area.

The master bedroom overlooking the garden includes a large bed, a bathtub with sea views and a walk-in closet that leads to a master ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom is designed similarly and has a private bathroom made of dark grey marble.

The dark brown and beige color palette used in the interiors are complemented with wood paneling and mirrored walls to achieve a more natural and luminous atmosphere. The illumination is provided by cove lighting alternated with recessed lighting. Quark Studio Architects’ design concept for the project integrates comfort and luxury minimalism with magnificent sea views and offers a dream living space.
