ARCHITECTURE + INTERIORS

Boutique hotels and resorts where the building and its interiors tell one story — from LUX* Resort & Residences on the Bodrum peninsula to Mula Hotel in Istanbul and the Intercity Hotel in Tashkent, from the first sketch to the last room.

Headquarters, business centres and co-working spaces that balance image, comfort and flexibility — for Ethica Sigorta and Grand Yavuz Hotels in Istanbul, HG Holding in Kahramanmaraş and companies in Burgas and Ontario.

Villas, residences and apartments from the Aegean coast to Dubai, Burgas and Moscow — among them Mirador in Istanbul and Skygarden in Bodrum — designed inside and out around light, views and the way people really live.

Restaurants, cafés and lounges where the interior shapes the whole experience — Beach Rouge and Stella* in Bodrum, Awani in Dubai and Jeddah, the Dijlah Village in Baghdad and more in Tashkent.

From the Dijlah Village complex of restaurants and lounges in Baghdad to Beach Rouge and the LUX* Me Spa in Bodrum and a factory campus in Burgas, our commercial work turns places of business into destinations people want to come back to.

From the first concept to the construction details, we design buildings that answer their site, climate and use — villas, residences, hotels, offices and hospitals in Turkey and abroad.

Interiors designed together with the architecture, down to materials, light and furniture, so that every space is finished to the same level of quality and detail.

Giving existing buildings a new life — reworking their plans, structure and interiors for a new use while keeping the character that makes them special.

From tender to handover, we coordinate consultants and contractors on site so that the design is built the way it was drawn.

Photorealistic images and films by Quark Graphics, our in-house visualisation studio, that let clients see their project and decide with confidence before anything is built.

Planning hospitals and healthcare facilities around patients, staff and operations, from the brief to the opening day.

Gardens, courtyards and outdoor spaces designed together with the building, for shared life, privacy and climate.

Facades that give a building its character and control light, privacy and sound, from the concept to the cladding details.

Structural, mechanical and electrical engineering, medical gas and hygienic ventilation for hospitals and complex buildings.
