The villa has an area of 291 sqm and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two office rooms, a living room, a dining area, and an open kitchen, which are distributed on two floors.

The living room includes a chic, leather seating group with a fireplace that creates a warm and pleasant atmosphere. The dining area, which is highlighted by exposed wooden ceiling beams, features a rustic style dining table and pendants that provide a stylish look. The kitchen is equipped with basic appliances and features a kitchen island and cupboards made of rustic finish wood that brings natural aesthetic and a vintage look to the space. The flexible layout provides an easy flow of movement between the living room, dining area and the kitchen, and allows making use of the space in the most beneficial way.

The villa showcases rustic fashioned, custom-made furniture and an exclusive material palette for finishings. Hardwood parquet floors used with white walls make a striking contrast and exposed wooden ceiling beams lend a character to the space. Decorative ceramic walls and Serpeggiante ivory stone floor used in bathrooms make these areas look bright and luxurious.

The use of natural materials is extended to the exterior of the villa. Black basalt and Thermowood façade cladding used for the exterior of the villa provide a natural look that is in harmony with the surroundings and serve as a durable protective layer.
