Facade Design

A facade is the first thing people see and the layer that protects everything inside. We design facades as both: the building’s character in the city or the landscape, and an envelope that manages light, views, privacy and sound.

Material and Character

Indian limestone at the Pearl Residences in Bodrum, black basalt and Thermowood at Tagaryan Villa in Moscow, white stone and timber at the Tutaste Life Villas: each facade draws on its setting.

Performance Built In

In Muscat, vertical panels on a residential building give each apartment visual privacy and reduce noise; at Mirador Marina in Istanbul, solid structural elements alternate with large glazing that opens the apartments to the views.

From Concept to Detail

At the Private Mansion in Burgas, a rhythm of arched windows reinterprets classical precedent. We carry the idea down to joints, materials and cladding details, and test it in renderings before construction.
