Select service

A good design only counts once it is built. We coordinate consultants, contractors and suppliers from tender to handover, so that the quality decided on paper is the quality delivered on site.

One Team for Design and Delivery

At the 19-storey WBC Business Center in Istanbul, we worked within a team of engineers and specialists that ran engineering and construction in parallel on a tight schedule, across 16,260 m² of offices and more than 6,000 m² of retail and leisure space.

Built as Drawn

For LUX* Resort & Residences in Bodrum, an 82,000 m² development, and for Stella*, its Italian restaurant, we managed the interior works so that the design idea held from the first sketch to completion.

Clear Responsibility

One point of contact for the client, regular site reviews and decisions documented as they are made: fewer surprises, and a building handed over on time.
